Marathon Training Week Six

30 miles of training in week six. A really good week of really strong runs and confidence to keep going. Plus, I got out on the road this weekend and man, did that feel good. I really need to transition back to the road. But, that means, less running at nap time and more getting up early or going after Jay gets home from work. We shall see how it works out. Last week was 30 miles and week seven cuts back a little with 27 and the long run is only 10. It seems so easy!

Tuesday - 3
Wednesday - 6
Thursday - Rest
Friday - 13 (Did 13.1)
Saturday - 2 - On the road and it felt great!
Sunday - Rest
Total for the week 30.1
