This post comes a couple days early but the kiddos are asleep, all my runs are done for the week and Jay is off for a man's weekend, so why not do it now! This week was a step back week. The long run was 10 miles and I only had 27 scheduled. I even found a way for the miles to go by a little quicker on the treadmill. It is sort of an interval type thing. Start at 6 miles an hour, increase the speed one step every time a scene changes on Sopranos and on the fifth go straight to 7 miles an hour. Hold for one or two scene changes and than go back down to 6 miles per hour and start again. It really felt good, hard but good.
So, here goes...
Monday - 5 miles on the treadmill
Tuesday - 3 miles on the treadmill
Wednesday - 6 miles on the treadmill
Thursday - 10 miles on the treadmill
Friday - 3 miles on the treadmill
Saturday and Sunday are rest days. Next week holds 31 miles and a long run of 14. The long run will be done on Tuesday as we have family and more family coming to visit next week.
