Marathon Training Week Five

Week Five was a nice easy week with only four runs and three days off. It coincided nicely with my Sunday off of work and oh man, what a nice stretch off that was.

Monday - 12 miles on the treadmill (I think this maxes out my treadmill distance, but we will see)
Tuesday - 2 miles on the treadmill
Wednesday - 6 miles on the treadmill
Thursday - 5 miles on the treadmill

Friday - Sunday were rest and recovery. I did some long walks with the kiddos and with the dog, but running was non existent and it felt great!
I have now put in 108 miles for this marathon training and have 23 more weeks to go!
