I got up to 31 miles total and a long run of 14 miles. I got out on the road just a bit but it felt great! I can't wait for our really nice PNW spring to show up for good. Here is what last week looked like:
Monday - 6 Miles on treadmill
Tuesday - 14 miles, first 8 on the treadmill, last 6 on the road
Wednesday - 6 miles on the treadmill
Thursday - 3 miles on the treadmill
Friday - 2 miles on the treadmill
