Marathon Training Week Two

Week Two went like this...

Monday - 4 miles on the treadmill
Tuesday - 2 miles on the treadmill
Wednesday - 4 miles on the treadmill
Thursday - 8 miles on the treadmill
Friday - Rest Day
Saturday - Rest Day
Sunday - 2 miles on the treadmill

This week, and it's 20 miles, went by quickly even if they were all on the treadmill. I can't wait for some nice morning weather and a little sunshine peeking out before 8 am . It was a pretty uneventful week and I can't wait to get on with week 3!
