Done and Done! Five runs and they were once again all on the treadmill. I think this is the last week of rain(cross your fingers), so I will be getting out a little bit more!
Here is what week four looked like-
Tuesday - 4
Wednesday - 2
Thursday - 10
Friday - 3
I read somewhere that doing a shorter run the day after your long run can help your legs get used to running tired, so I have played with my schedule to have a shorter run follow my long run. Most of these will be between 2-4 miles at a nice easy recovery pace.
So far, I have put in 83 miles for this marathon training cycle!
