Log

I use Nike+ to log my runs. I have also been using Daily Mile to share those runs with friends. I wanted something handy and not computer based to put down my planned runs, and be able to finish up what I actually ran and write down some feedback. 

So this is what I ended up with...



I have put down all of my planned runs in pencil in this book. It will reside in my purse or kitchen, easily accessible at anytime. I intend to then log, in ink, my actual runs and how they went on a day to day basis. It is a little intimidating to see all those miles "built" up on paper but I am confident I can get them done. It is a good thing my support system is strong!
