Family Camping!
Yea! We finally got to go camping! It has been a couple of years since Jason and I have been, and since we both really love camping, we have been trying to get to doing it for awhile. Well, we finally did and we had a blast!!! We camped up at Mayfield Lake off Highway 12. We had gorgeous weather and awesome company! The girls all got to swim in the lake (they were braver than the rest of us!), we managed to get a short hike in, Ed caught a fish, the dogs had fun playing and we got lots of food, fun, and relaxing in! The campsite itself was perfect, room for four tents and plenty of extra space for the girls and dogs to run around and play. I knew Presley was going to get dirty but I had no idea it would be so bad! Pres was a champ at night! We forgot her playpen, so when it was time, we just put her on our airmatress and closed the tent. She fussed for a bit but then layed down and fell asleep. We can't wait to do it again soon!

On other notes, the half marathon is only three weeks away! I think I am ready, it may be slow going but my goal is to complete it and I have no worries there! The 'garden' is coming along. My melons and cantaloupe seem to like the spot I picked for them. I think I will get blueberries before strawberries, and the tomatoes are exploding.Everything else seems to be doing okay in the containers! Titus had a vet check the other day and is healthy and 140 pounds! So far its been a great start to the summer and we can't wait for more fun to happen!!!
Looks like you guys had fun. That is a little more dirt (on Presley) than I would be able to handle-now if you told me it was chocolate-I would love that :)
