Thanksgiving

Our family has many things to be thankful for this year, including one healthy marriage, two good jobs, three healthy children, four supportive parents, five brothers and sisters. We also need to include our brother in law who is an active Marine finishing up a mission in Afghanistan. Let's not forget the support, warmth and friendship we receive from all of our good friends.
We have much to be thankful for and this year we celebrated a little non traditionally. Both Jay and I came to the realization, we really don't like turkey all that much, not to mention the work that goes into a dinner that takes so little time to enjoy (especially with little ones around). Jay had a great idea and we went with it and had a great time. We still enjoyed the company of family and the comfort of good food. This year though we had appetizers. We meant to stagger them throughout the day but ended up eating them mostly all at once with a little picking before and after. Both Jay and I enjoyed the fact that there was so much more time to just relax and enjoy the day, but also have some great eats!
We hope you and yours had an equally wonderful Thanksgiving! Here is to a wonderful, magical Holiday season!

Colton has been working on sitting up, but today was the first day it really seemed to click.

Presley thought the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade was great
 Casen is my happy baby!
Colton found something better than turkey
Homemade whipped cream is yummy for princesses to enjoy

Her first fondue was yummy, she loved the dipping!
