I think I have a plan...
I found an intermediate runner 10K training program, designed to help with speed. It includes a weekly 8-11 mile long run and lots of speed work. The plan is 12 weeks and will get me through the New Year.
On the race schedule for sure is Rock and Roll Portland in May and Rock and Roll Seattle in June, both at the half distance.
On the tentative schedule is the Shamrock Run(too much fun to miss), a trail 1/2 sometime in the summer and I am seriously considering putting the Portland Marathon back on the schedule for next year. I may also add the Girlfriend's Half the week after. Logistically, my husband has to be on board.
