Pumkin Patch

Fall fun! Football, turning of the leaves, the holidays and pumpkins...
Today, we took advantage of the beautiful, sunny, warm(ish) weather and headed to Bi-Zi Farms to check out all the fall fun! It is the 3rd year we have went and just like always it has been crazy. They must pack in a good couple of thousand people a day, crazy! We did the hay bale maze, the petting zoo, tried some fresh cider, climbed the hay pyramid, did (and got lost) the corn maze, launched some pumpkins, took a hay ride, picked some pumpkins and enjoyed some hot cocoa. The weather this year has not be pumpkin friendly. They have some huge, beautiful pumpkins but it seemed to us about 90% were rotting in the middle. We had a very hard time finding "good" pumpkins. We ended up only bringing home baby pumpkins for our babies! We also would have had a lot of difficulty carrying any more, as we packed the babies :)

In running news, in my brand new Cougar colored Nike Frees, I managed to push out four miles in 36 minutes! That is pretty darn good for me and it felt surprisingly good! Holiday Half, here I come!!!
